Dear Sir,

I would like to inform that I have the above user ID with you under the broadband facility.

For the last three months my Internet has not been working and I have written many
letters of complaint to your Customer Care department.

My complaint no's are : 84527693, 87549288, 87551442 and and up to today no-one has given me a proper response to my complaints.

I have continued to recieve bills for these periods for using your Internet facility.

However, I would like to inform you that I have not used the above service for the passed three month. Why should I have had these bills issued?

I request that you send your representative to the above mentioned address to resolve this matter, otherwise I will simply return your bills to your office.
