About TOEFL exam

i am going to take toefl next week. i am tensed.its my first time, moreover, i havent prepared for the exam. please advice me.

So you are going to take the TOEFL next week? Well, you still have a couple of days. Focus on the areas you have most difficulties with and do some exercises. For example, if you need additional training with the listening part, get hold of TOEFL prep materials and listen to the questions. Apart from that, just relax and make the best of your situation.
