Encouragement ... the act of applauding or praising someone for doing well in their efforts.

I applaud all non-native speakers for their persistance and tenacity in conquering this very difficult language of ours. The way in which they constantly strive to understand so many new and strange words, eventually to see them more clearly, and then begin to use them with such confidence, is a source of wonder to me.

Dedication is the key to all learning. Never fail to repeat regularly, all that you have learned, and very soon it will come as second nature to you.

What a feeling of pride you must all have in yourselves, when you can speak to English visitors to your country, and to realise that they understand everything that you are saying. What an achievement.!!! Keep it up ... you are all winners. !!!!

Thank you for such an inspiring and excellent post, Bill, and also for your reply to my e-mail. You are so kind that you give up your spare time and always trying to assit people in need. I really appreciate it. I'll keep your words in mind and never afraid of making mistakes. I think making mistakes and then being corrected by kind people like you is a very important way of learning English. I always eagerly hope someone, especially native speakers, could spot out my mistakes. So, please feel free to correct me if you find any mistake in my post, and I have no problem with being criticized. Being criticized is one and only way that can prevent me from making the same mistakes again and again. That's all I can think about now. Bye.
