Can someone please tell me if the following sentences are OK?

1) Please rush in your answers at abc@gmail.com to win exciting prices.
2) Please rush in your answers to abc@gmail.com to win exciting prices.

Also, can 'rush in' be used to mean 'send in quickly'?
