Can someone please tell me if the following sentence is OK?

We would like to identify teachers who would be willing, and able to conduct trainings for the people who want to learn English.

Hi,
1."would like" is a polite way of saying what you want.
2."would" is used when we imagine a situation or an action:It would be nice to live by the sea.
3.There's no need to have a comma before and!
I think your sentence is OK.

The word "trainings" is wrong. "Training" is uncountable, so there is no plural.

I would also take out the comma in "willing and able".
