i need an explanation about 'the function of kindly'
An example,''thank you for your ref. message. Please kindly note that we are in an intention to get agreed with your esteemed company.''
Now,in this sentence, why both 'please and kindly' being used together..why one of them isn't enough.?

best regards,
Xtum

The sender appears to be asking you to pay particular attention to that part of the message, or is using the phrase to remind you about something you may have overlooked / forgotten.
