Hello, Ganesh,
'Fuming' in this context means 'extremely angry'. 'whirled' here means to turn around suddenly and quickly.
A 'squeak' is a short, high pitched sound. To me, it doesn't sound quite right in this sentence. The speaker is obviously very enraged, to the point they're almost to lose control, but yet all they are about to do is squeak?
I guess the idea is that the speaker is so angry all they can do is utter a squeak in frustration.
Also, I think your sentence needs a little correction. It should read either as two sentences "I was fuming. I whirled around, ready to squeak." or "I was fuming; I whirled around, ready to squeak." _________________ Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow.
