In my point of view, a good teacher should be equal to students and be open to new ideas. First, He acts as an organizor in class, not a controler. A good teacher encourages students to participate in discussion, being one part of it without dominating it.He doesn't give knowledge to kids, but to gradually lead them to approach it. In another word, a good teacher give students the way of learning. Second, he is never an old stick-in-mud. Instead, he encourages students to question and challenge his views, the textbooks'content, and even the classical theories.
