I am not sure, is this correct?
"We Still + saw the problem"

Still should be used with Present Tense, as far as I know.
Am I right?

I do not know any rule that prevents using "still" with past tense.
I do know many examples of it being used with a verb in past tese, though.
"We Still saw the problem" sounds OK.

When the word "still" is meaning "up to this or that time; as yet." The word "still" has several other meanings.
