" The achievement of a final set of actions ".

What do YOU hope to achieve by being here at English -test.net?

What is YOUR objective ?.

If you simply wish to improve your present knowledge of English language, or to learn the language from first basics, then that should be well within your capabilities. However, should you hope to one day become an English teacher, well, I wish you well.

It will be a very long hard slog, but well worth the effort should you succeed.

My objective in being here at ESL is to help in any way that I can. I am not a teacher, but I feel that I can be of assistance to our many " step-one " Forum members.

When asked to edit someone's essay I am more than willing, because I find it a very interesting and stimulating exercise. Keeps the old brain ticking over.!

I don't pretend that your edited essay will be a masterpiece, but I do hope that you will agree that it is a vast improvement on your original effort.

Ask me about anything beyond basic grammar and I am completely lost. Far too much water has passed under the bridge for me to spend the many weeks / months that it normally takes to get a secure grasp of that slippery eel.

I'm a Brit, so I know it all instinctively, don't I ...... another MISCONCEPTION. LOL.

No my friends, my objective, as I said earlier, is simply to help wherever I can, so, if I can help in my limited capacity, just shout " KITO !!!".
