.
Use these:

1: "He has lots of female friends"-- Female is an adjective; English adjectives to not change with number.

2: "May I ask the reason why you didn't visit?"-- Is that your meaning?

3: "I know that you can't speak English well but always try to make yourself understood."

4: "I like scuba-diving."
.

You need to use the plural, because "lots of" indicates many of something.

If it's a question, it needs to end with a question mark. The sentence is very wrong, but because I'm not sure I understand the intended meaning, I can't correct it. Please explain what you want it to mean, and then I can probably correct it.

Correct.

Correct. I would use a space instead of a hyphen, but it's not really wrong to use the hyphen.

Shocked Jamie (K), not from you!

Twilit1988, the word "female" can be a noun as well as an adjective.

He has a lot af females (noun) who are his friends. (Plural)
He has a lot of female (adjective) friends. [English adjectives to not change with number. (as per Mister Micawber's post)].

You should use plural "friends" in both instances.

Oh, sheesh! I shouldn't answer these things too early in the morning! (I posted that around 6 a.m.)

I thought he was asking if "friends" should be plural.

"Female" can never be plural as an adjective, because there is never a plural form to an adjective.

So what you've got here is a native speaker (me) quickly scanning a text where a guy is asking whether something should be in the singular or plural. Since adjectives never have singular and plural forms, I thought he meant the noun.

Thanks for pointing it out.
