How to give information about height?

What is the best sentence structure to provide information about height?

Actually, it never occurred to me how to give such information.
Is it OK to say My height is 180 cm or I am 180 cm ?
Please help me to convey my idea about height in order to be understood properly by the native speakers of English.

Thank you in advance.

"My height is 180 cm" or "I am 180 cm tall" are both correct. (You do not want people to think that you are 180cm around.)
