Hi Huda,

The whole point of punctuation is to give a sign to the reader/writer how a sentence should be spoken/read. In the case of the comma it is to indicate a short pause as you can hear if I read this aloud:

Gifted though he was by remarkable natural musical talent, Mozart seemed to have had little knack for the necessities of social life at court.

Does that help?
