Edgar, if you have a headset with microphone, then you only have to download Java and install it. Once you have done this, then post a short message here.

When your message appears you will see a " Record " button on the top right-hand side of your post. ( Where the " answer " button is at the moment. ) Press this and a recorder box will appear.Press the red button to record. press the blue button to stop. To hear your recording press the play triangle.

When you are happy with your recording press the " Send recording " button and your recording will appear on your posting.
