Good morning Nesma & Nour,
Self confidence is simply a belief in ones self, and you two have it in Spades.!
Why else do you find yourselves here, and being able to voice your doubts ?
The simple act of stating your doubts speaks volumes.
Most folk would hide this fact, but not you two guys ( ? ).
You step up to the line and state, "I have no self confidence ", which proves to me that you do have.!
It takes guts and self confidence to declare a weakness.
Never doubt yourselves ... THAT is a weakness. You both CAN do it.!

In order to handle further financial transactions effectively and accurately, all Cfi committees need more back-up support.
This should be available from :- CC, Commune clerk and provincial accountants, or FAE.
It would be far better if they received additional on-job training or coaching.
Soklengchan, that is the best that I can come up with, as I don't know anything more than what you have posted. I hope I have made some sense of it.

Soklengchan, that is a very difficult question to answer. Many books have been written on just those subjects.
I have been trying to learn the German language, and I've found one of the best ways is to read children's books, as they have the easiest words to pronounce and understand.
Alternatively, find anything in English to carry around with you, and read and speak the words to yourself in your head. Writing just becomes an automatic extension of the reading.
As you read the written word you note how the words are spelt. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As an example, note the differences in my post and yours.
I would like to tell you that my enligh writing and speaking is not good as other colleague in my workplace, moreover i am not feel confident to write english and speak to other people. what should be improve to be good at writing and speaking.
I would like to tell you, that my English writing and speaking is not as good as my colleagues in our workplace. Moreover, I don't feel confident when writing English, or when speaking to other people.
What can I do to improve.?
OK, your spelling is very good, with few faults. You still are using ( i ) instead of ( I ) when referring to yourself. The names of all countries should start with a CAPITAL letter.
Overall, you write and spell very well. You just have to collect your thoughts before you start writing. Think of what you want to say, and the order in which you want to say it for others to clearly understand your meaning.
You really have to master these basic steps in writing English if you ever hope to make progress. Please try another post, including all of the above points, and really think about it, not concentrating in the negative, " I can't do this ". You CAN.
