I am going to write a Japanese thesis for my degree of Japanese language.There are 5 directions to be chosen.
They are 1)literature;2)language;3)translation;4)culture;5)education.

What's your suggestion?If available, your topic and syllabus are appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Hhhmm, if you write your thesis about the Japanese language you can cover all the aspects you mentioned. In case you have to select only particular topic you should take the one you know about most.
