Host: "Super-sized icon of minimal fashion, Oshi, will be steamrolling into Gotham tomorrow to unveil his spring collection to the editors of "Mode" where he debutes his collections for years due to his extremely close friendship with former editor-in-chief Fey Sommers. Fey's tragic death in a fiery car crash last month left him devastated"

I would appreciate a lot if anyone could explain me the menaing of the word "streamroll" from the context above!

steamrolling, meaning make a flashy entrance, brushing his way through everything ahead of him, with a lot of showmanship.
