Hi All,

Are all these sentences correct? If not, could you please explain why? Also, if all of them are correct, what is the difference between them?

1. He might be stuck in the traffic
2. He might have stuck in the tranffic
3. He might have been stuck in the traffic

Rgds,

#1 and #3 are fine; #2 is no good, because 'stuck' is an adjective (hence there is no main verb) and 'traffic' is misspelt.
