Italian style coffees are often served using a mixture of espresso with frothy milk on top. This kind of milk is made by using pushing steam through the milk in order to produce a bubbly, foamy layer.

Almost immediately after taking a cup of coffee I usually feel quite wired

What is the meaning of :frothy and wired please

frothy - foamy and wired - excited
