Can someone please tell me which of the following sentences is correct?

1) Can you please provide me a few examples?
2) Can you please provide me with a few examples?
3) Can you please provide a few examples?

When should we use provide and when provide with?

It's your choice in this case. It makes absolutely no difference. The meaning doesn't change, and nothing else changes. There is no rule.
