Good morning Majid,

Could you .....me a cup of tea?

1- get 2- take 3- bring 4- fetch

No 2 is a complete nonsense. An exception would be to say, " Could you please take this cup of tea to another table ".

The other three are all commonly used phrases in English. All are improved considerably by the addition of, " Could you please, "

Kitosdad.

Some people would avoid the word "fetch", because it would sound a little bit like talking to a dog.
