Hi Thinker,

Here is the sentence you are referring to:

The concert doesn't start at least an hour and so we have time to ......

(a) kill
(b) murder
(c) remove
(d) destroy

To have time to kill is an idiom meaning that you have plenty of time. So answer (a) is correct.
