The bottom of the cart is covered with an assortment of vegetables.
Two of the women are selecting vegetables to purchase.
The lady at the bottom right of the picture is preparing to weigh the produce with hand-held scales.
It is a very sunny day, and the buyer is taking advantage of the shade.
The picture appears to have been taken in India / Ceylon / Thailand.
The cart is a two-wheeled vehicle, presumably pushed my hand, as there is no indication of shafts for a horse. _________________ Keep it simple ... Keep it interesting. |

I see some other hexagonal weights with different sizes next to a small rectangular container. I think the vendor puts her money in it.
I also see that the woman in the green sari is wearing a "thali" around her neck, that means she is married. |

I see quality and justice.
The picture as a whole is saying: no racism. |

Hello, Kitosdad :)
I am still not sure of the trick that Torsten has for us here. But thanks for the nice suggestion, if there was a bowing smiley, I would have taken a bow. |

The vendor uses a net to cover the green vegetables which is in front of the woman with gray hair who I guess she is the vendor and make them fresher. I mean if she does not use the net, the vegetables will be not so fresh in a short time, especially the vegetables are placed on the high-temperature. And buyers do not like to buy the vegetables probably.

Ouch! Originally, I thought the photo was only for praticing English and learning how to depict a photo perfectly. Now, I found out an interesting thing is that the vendor with gray hair doesn't weigh vegetables for the buyers that a woman and a young girl. It sounds like that the buyers can buy it themselves. That means the boss believe the clients anyway. Am I right?

| It is lunch hour, two woman are in the market, around the cart, looking for a good vegetables. The seller weighs some tomatos for them. The vegetables are from organic farms, not genetically modified. That is proved by their form and color. |
