I知 the system engineer and Pedro is my supervisor at APP.
I believe you understood our problem with losing balls. I知 sending you the photographs that show the gap between strainer screen and the pipe.
Our outage, in TCC 2, will be in early August but on this time TCC 1 already will be on operation.
For us be best you came during outage, because only this time we will can open the strainer and view the gaps.
Our sponge ball systems was received in 1979 but it痴 on operation since September, 2000.

Sorry for my English痴 mistakes.
