SAT® II math IC/IIC inquiry

Hi,
I just completed my sophomore year and I am planning to take the SAT II math. I dont know which SAT II math to take...IC or IIC? I have completed Algebra I and II. In new york its called Math A and Math B. Some ppl say that both IC and IIC require a little bit of precalc. is that true?
And which SAT II math should I take and when? In my early or late junior yr?
