I need to know the english language degrees or sertificates that everybody should passes ( get ) to start his higher education ( after the primery school ) ( i.e. what is the ascending order of the levels which a studint should pass ) & what are the common sertificates names & requirements which can be gained freely online ? . Thank you .

There are a couple of basic skills you need to develop if you want to get a good education:
1) Learn how to type properly.
2) Learn how to use a spell checker.
