I have the following sentence (from a form where you can enter hotels into a database):

The term "hotel" should not be included xxxxx the name of the hotel.

(saying that you should enter "Hilton Amsterdam" instead of "Hilton Hotel Amsterdam")

is it "with" or "in"?

Included in the name is the most commonly used phrase.
