Good pay, tough job or low pay, easy job?

In my humble opinion, a tough job means the job that is not easy to finish or to accomplish. An English saying says: "There is no such thing as a free lunch" .
I think if we choose a tough job to do, we definitely can get well paid. CIO (Chief Information Officer) is a great example of a tough job, paid well. To be a CIO, one needs to keep track of many areas of the company, such as strategies for the company, managing conflict, and much more making this job very challenging and stressful. It’s not an easy job, so owners are willing to pay more to have them in their companies. They also donate more for a company. However, an easy job means we can do the job and take it easy. The word easy doesn’t mean it can be performed by anybody but it means that the job requirements are less restricted. Is the kind of jobs that once you are off work you can relax and go back home with no errands in mind but your family and friends. It’s quite common to see them leave their jobs on time.

If you ask me, I would definitely go for a high level position job as they are challenging and my nature is more inclined to be tough in stressful situations. I find repetitive jobs that won’t allow self-motivation tedious.
That kind of job would offer you a better financial security bringing to wealth to your life making leisure more reachable and pleasures like traveling, adventure creating a feeling of fulfillment.

In short, in order to find a job that pays more money, you would need to bring more qualifications to get it. This also means one may need to spend more hours at work and be more creative in solving problems but overall I would say having an Executive Job is well compensated. Even if your job does not require many qualifications this doesn’t mean you should do your minimum but to perform the same way regardless of your position is, if we all do this, perhaps our world would be better. Thanks for your attention.
