I can only help you with the expressions 'to have to' and 'to be allowed to'

You must do it correctly means 'You have to do it correctly'. It is the expression of a kind of duty.

If one tells you 'You must not smoke here', it means that you are not allowed to do this. It is something forbidden.

I hope, I did not confuse you.

What does 'b/w' mean?
What does 'U' mean?

It is difficult to help posters who do not try to use proper English-- we cannot pinpoint the problem.

Since this is an English language forum, let us spell 'between' as 'between' and 'you' as 'you', shall we? Then I can better assess enquirers' language cognizance.
