This depends on the situation. The word could be prot?g?, candidate, assistant, student or learner.

It is for a online community. Users of a higher rank are assigned to assist new users. So what term would you use?

Mentee might be a good choice. The word exists although it's rarely used. In your particular case, however, it makes sense because you are creating an online community which often has its own terminology.

The english version will be announced soon - and you will probably find loads of errors in the texts. ;-)
If you are curious enough to join yourself use the link http://www.trivago.co.uk/?affid=1354 to sign up and you shall be my "mentee" :) |
