Hi everyone,

How do we say if we want to point out something is mistaken written In or On the report? Which preposition is more correct to say In or On the application form?

Thank you

.
'In' is more common, I suppose, but both can work, depending on the size of the document. The larger the document, the more likely 'in' is.
