IN-FAT-U-ATION..When infatuated, we are thrilled, but not happy, wanting to trust, yet doubtful as to our true emotions.

Elders will tell us that we will, " Grow out of it ", but sometimes infatuation can last a lifetime, and often does.

Is it better to live with your infatuation of another, or to act on your feelings, risking all on the outcome.?

" Who can explain it, who can tell you why.? Fools give you reasons, wise men never try."

So go the lyrics to, " Some enchanted evening ", and how true they are.

Kitosdad.

Sahid my friend, read them, and wonder just how someone can dream up such wonderful lyrics,

Some enchanted evening
You may see a stranger,
you may see a stranger
Across a crowded room.
And somehow you know,
You know even then,
That somewhere you'll see her
Again and again.

Some enchanted evening
Someone may be laughing,
You may hear her laughing,
Across a crowded room.
And night after night,
As strange as it seems,
The sound of her laughter
Will sing in your dreams.

Who can explain it?
Who can tell you why?
Fools give you reasons,
Wise men never try.

Some enchanted evening,
When you find your true love,
When you feel her call you
Across a crowded room.
Then fly to her side,
And make her your own,
Or all through your life you
May dream all alone.

Once you have found her,
Never let her go.
Once you have found her,
Never let her go!

Sahid, if you were to hear the version, ( on YouTube ) by The Temptations, I would defy you not to become emotional.

There are so many versions of this beautiful song from " South Pacific, " which although each being beautiful, are no match ( imo )to The Temptations version.

It is a completely different arrangement than any I have ever heard before. It is absolutely fabulous.

Sorry I don't have the link. I'm having some problems with my laptop.

..

Hello my dear Kitosdad..

It is my pleasure to listen to the song which you have fetched for me (even though I could not follow the rhythm very emphatically) ....and gone through the lyrics and found myself trapped in amidst of those wise prophecies...

Yes...."Once you have found her, Never let her go." is the soul of the song but unfortunately I had found HER after an arranged marriage..though...!!
