what is the greatst day EVER?

For many people there is a day they look forward to the whole year around. Mostly kids await for the gift recieving holidays and some want to wait to propose on a valentines day some have New year to start fresh with new resolutions and so on..
What is your greatday?
Mine is the most under rated and they greatest day ever "Mother's Day"
I think it should be Mother's week or better Mother's month. After all Mothers are the Best thing that ever happened to this solar system.

January has been recognized as National Blood Donor Month for almost forty years.

Fabuary is the Black History Month.

March. The White House released a statement by President Obama proclaiming March Women's History Month.

April is Alcohol Awareness Month.

May is National Foster Care Month...You Can Change a Lifetime! All children deserve a safe, happy life — including the 496000 American children.

June is the month for marriages. Its also my Birthday month

In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month as National Ice Cream Day.(Yummy)

Film Society Declares August “Movie Premiere Month”.

September cancer awareness month.

Octomber Breast cancer awareness month.

November is National Adoption Month.

December Christmas shopping month.

For all a mother goes through from pregnancy to child birth and not to mentin sleepless nights I think we owe her a month not just a day. Lets rob the blacks and give Febuary to Mothers all over the world and we will give Black history a day.

Thanks for the kind words Please remember her in your prayers, because now thats the only comfort she can get through us. All Mothers should live to be at least 120 mandatory because even when we grow up and are able to take care of our selves we still need a loving haven for escape from twist and turns and all the curve balls that come our way. Most of the Humans live a life of a Boomerang. We getup in the morning and leave our house and go to work deal with the world and then at the end we return to our docking stations from where we started to charge our batteries for the next day. What can be better than when you come home and you are greeted by the purest smile tons of blessings and home cooked yummy food. I will happily trade half my life for that. if anyone wants to know what is the defination of "Unconditional Love" I will say only one word explains it all "Mother".

Ilyas, March has been recognized in the US as Women's History Month for at least 25 years, so it didn't start with Obama.

Some radical feminists are offended by the word "history", so they call it "Women's Herstory Month". That is not a joke. So far, though, I have never seen any Hispanic feminists say that they are "Herpanic".

I know African-American artists who refuse to exhibit during February, because they feel they receive invitations during that month only because they're black.

I think they don't make a big deal of Colorectal Cancer Awareness month for the same reason the media are silent about the existence of all-lady garbage trucks in my city. If women were found to be completely in charge of any other typical man's operation, it would be ballyhooed in the media ad nauseum. Instead, we heard no enthusiasm about women breaking through the glass ceiling in garbage collection.

Well, it used to be in February, and when I'd get tired of my workplace being flooded with Black Awareness/Black Pride posters, I'd post some posters of my own.

I knew that any counter with a Anglo American Awareness poster would get me labeled as a white supremist, and nobody would get the underlying point/joke, so I went with Colorectal Cancer. Surprising, really, the clip art available for internal body organs.

Alas, it no longer coincides with Black History month, and nobody throws all the Woman's History posters in my face, so I haven't promoted it lately.

I'm bothered by the materials they use in schools to commemorate Black History Month. They always lionize black political agitators and entertainers, but somehow the black scientists, inventors, astronauts, generals, secretaries of state, and business magnates get left out. It makes me really mad.

They do the same thing with Women's Herstory Month. The bulletin boards will show preprinted posters of every minor feminist agitator, but somehow they leave out Madame Curie, Mother Teresa, the wireless communications inventor (not just movie actress) Hedy Lamarr, all women entrepreneurs and corporate CEOs, prime ministers, etc.

I'll say LET'S ROB THE BLACKS THEY DON'T NEED A MONTH, LETS GIVE IT TO MOTHERS AROUND THE WORLD BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT. WE CAN INCLUDE BLACK MOTHERS TOO SO BLACKS ARE NOT BEING LEFT OUT COMPLETLY.
