EX-HIL-AR-ATION. That wonderful feeling that you experience when everything in your life is going to plan. All is well with the world in general, and your life is improving in many ways.

You take a big breath and feel ..... GREAT.!!!

You've just finished a punishing 5 mile run, or 20 lengths of the pool. Now for a nice sit-down and a cuppa' and a fag ........ MARVELLOUS.!!!

I've just returned from a long walk with my dogs, and I feel exhilarated. It is a beautiful morning. The sun is shining, and there is a slight cooling breeze.

A wonderful day beckons, and it feels so exhilarating just thinking about it. A great day for just pottering around the garden, after which, I can sit in the sun and read a good book, before dropping off to sleep for forty winks.

So, cast off your gloom. Look around you at things that cost you nothing other than your time, and appreciate just how exhilarated it all makes you feel.

Kitosdad.
