I'm a student in the university. I always have little time to do so much things. So I thought of making schedules to improve efficiency and i did. But the problem is there are many things unexpected come and i have to leave away my schedules.
i really don't know how to make good schedules.

Think ahead and allow proper time slots for unexpected things..do your best to execute your schedules..and there you are..

I never made schedules when I was a student, even though I was very busy. I found it wasn't helpful to me.

The best lesson I learned about scheduling came from some small-town mayors when I had to go from town to town and work with them. The very first things they did were these:

1. Everything that's absolutely necessary.
2. Everything that's highly visible to other people.

After that, they did the other tasks according to their priority.
