Thanks for your encouragement.

I work at a trading company, I often need to use English to communicate with foreign clients. I am always worry about my English grammar and making mistakes. Even I have learned a lot of vocabulary, but I don't know how to use them exactly.

I set so many goals for learning English, like keeping English diary, read English novels...,but never reach them.

Do you have a better idea that can improve my English skills?

And there lies the root of your problem. Trying to do too much every so often.

Keeping a diary is an excellent idea. And perhaps just setting aside 30 minutes three times in the week to review your weaknesses would be beneficial.

What you have written here is excellent, with only a couple of errors and these can surely be overlooked by most foreign clients.
