Are the following sentences are grammatically correct.

1. If there is no reply, I will leave here.
2. If there is no reply can be received, I will leave here.

The first is correct...... but sounds false.

The second should be :- "If I do not receive a reply, then I shall leave."

How about if amend the second as follow:

We would like to send back your application if no reply can be received by today.

Can you please explain why you amend my second sentence. Is the structure of my second sentence forms an English. I wrote this sentences just think from my mother language.
