I would like to work in an organization which will provide me an ample opportunity to grow professionally and help me in enriching my knowledge where I can implement myself to the best of the organization needs.

Can someone please correct the above sentence?

I would like to work in an organization which will provide me ample opportunity to grow professionally, and help me in enriching my knowledge to a point where I can utilise these skills to the betterment of the organization.
