How long is my TOEFL® scores valid?

i hav given my toefl on march 2009 and got a score of 101...but i am applying to jan 2010 sem for ms in us...can i apply with the same scores or do i need to take the test again...

Your TOEFL scores are kept in the ETS TOEFL database for two years.

Your score will still be valid, unless the institution you are applying to has different criteria requiring the time line between application and test date.

Check with the school you're applying to, but I would think that 10 months should certainly still be acceptable for the school. Regardless, the score will still be in the testing database.
