"I will have harvested the rice field by that time in June" or "I had harvested the rice field by that time in June".

You should use 'that' instead of 'the'.

Other than that, both sentences are fine. The first is speaking about the future, the second about the past.

Hi Sonda,

If you want to keep 'the', I would suggest:

'I will have harvested the rice field by the time June arrives' or 'I had harvested the rice field by the time June arrived.'
