I need to know what the difference is between these sentences

Now to the difference -

I have been in Australia means that is the place/country where I have been and answers the question: I haven't seen you for a long time. Where have you been?. This could also be used as follows: I have been in the garden all afternoon.

I have been living in Australia means that's the place where I have lived and have lived there since 2001 and I am still living there.
