The Zonal Director of Education,
Cheba

Retirement under circular No 09/2007:

With reference to your letter:
No:VAKI…………………MAKE….…………/GA/3/0104/1 of 3/07/2006…………………….

The Zonal Director of Education, Chebai was sent all relevant pension documents and personal files in 2006 ( Your copy of the letter is attached herewith for your convenience. Please refer your letter and circular No: 04/2006. I have sent all the documents according to that circular about three years ago

For the last twenty years I have been waiting for my pension
I submitted the entire documents related to pension through The Zone Director of Education Department. I inquired several times from them personally and by correspondences but they say all the pension papers and my personal file are with you
I hope you will take early action to pay my pension.

Furthermore I served 21 years (from 1967 to 1988} and my meritorious service had always been appreciated by my superiors and had repeatedly earned the deserving reward, praise and gratitude in my commitment to official functions an strong sense of duty

I sincerely feel that for so many years my silence has no role to play to rectify my plight.

Undergoing torment and in view of the unavoidable circumstances beyond my control, I sincerely trust that my fundamental rights are not destroyed and undermined.

Yours obediently

T. Ganesharaja
