Furthermore I served 21 years (from 1967 to 1988} and my meritorious service had always been appreciated by my superiors and had repeatedly earned the deserving reward, praise and gratitude in my commitment to official functions an strong sense of duty

I sincerely feel that for so many years my silence has no role to play to rectify my plight.

Undergoing torment and in view of the unavoidable circumstances beyond my control, I sincerely trust that my fundamental rights are not destroyed and undermined
