Salam, Using capitals is considered as " shouting " in written text, and is therefore to be avoided.

Similarly, using all small case letters is defying the logic of proper correspondence.

The use of Basic English has been defined in many posts within the threads.

I'm sorry if I am failing to see the reasoning behind your question.
