I need to conffirm if do-does can be used with "Who" with verbs different to "to be"?

Who(m) do you want to talk to?
Who(m) does she usually go to the gym with?

PS: Please check the spelling of 'confirm'. You actually might want to start using Firefox which has an integrated spell checker.
