First of all , we would like to take this opportunity to express our great thanks for our great teacher,great coach, Torsten Daerr and his colleagues.

Do you that positive thinking is a great start.Certainly you want to focus on how to turn things around - on solutions- rather than on how things are so "wrong".But positive thinking alone is not enough to turn your life around.

You must have some stratgies ,some step - by-step plans for changing how you think ,how you feel, and what you do every single day you're alive.

Now ,are you willing to begin the journey?then let's begin to change our lives by understanding what to do when we are..

I would like to write many articles about this subject.But before my first step,please let me see who will join hands with me in this mission ,and ,please, let us attend to this task with devotion.
