Good question Hello. Probably based on the the theory that the male of the species is the hunter / provider, and therefore he should naturally be the dominant one in the partnership, which means .... the leader !

Well, I think it is because they are the master of the house, undeniably so, and at the same time the maintainer of women. But these days, or maybe from the ancient times, they let their wives do the housework - when they should have prepared help for them, or if they cannot afford help, they should have done those themselves. And they also let their wives help them pay bills, when their wives' right to her wealth/income is discretionary (she can use them solely for herself and in whatever way she wants).

So once in a while, when men do get ruled or managed by their wives, well, tough luck!

i think nowadays men and women are almost equal.because women are not only housewives,they work,they earn money as men.and sometimes woman is a leader in a family!

Everyone understand the value differently,and someone estimates things by herhimself and I think determinations differ because it depends on everyone apart.
Salam, maybe I didn't understand your question well but I mean that values have already been "created" by people ..they already exist.but many people appreciate them in different ways.
