She took out a pin from her hair and stuck it in the keyhole and turned it around.

Can someone please tell me if the above sentence is correct? Is inserted better than stuck here? Is turned it around fine?

.
She took a pin from her hair, stuck/inserted it in the keyhole, and turned it around / rotated it.
