Forecasting is used to generate information products that aid in the prediction of events relating to the future it is not itself a decision
Forecasting is a key information input to a decision situation. Therefore, forecasts must be lined to the decision makers information needs which ultimately is determined by the decision situation confronting management

Ganesh, I don't know where you get these sentences, or why you're trying to understand them, but these are confusing to even native speakers. This is not normal speaking or writing, and seems to be excerpts from some kind of technical manual, purposely written in legalese or academic gobbledygook.

If you're trying to understand these because your job requires it, then I wish you luck. But if you've just randomly selected these as English reading comprehension practice, I'd suggest you find less convoluted texts to practice with!

Here's my simplified summary of what the author is saying:

Although forecasts are used to predict information about future events, they are not an actual decision. Forecasting is an important part of the decision making process, which management uses to make an informed decision.

A few edits will not go amiss here :-

Forecasting is used to generate information .

Products that aid in the prediction of events, relate to the future.

Forecasting is not in itself a decision.

Forecasting is a key to informational input to determine a decision.

Therefore, forecasts must be aligned to the decision makers informational needs, which ultimately determine the decisions confronting management.

Forecasting is a tool used by Management, to decide it's future policies.
