Does anyone hear about Radial digit holder, Axial digit holder? what on earth are they?

i have to complete the translation work without seeing them in the real life. Hope you can help me. Thanks

All I can come up with is that they are electronic devices.

The 'radial digit holder' is obviously meant to repair CD-Roms and things like that.

I'm not sure about the 'axial digit holder' though.
